Services
DriveHaus LLC provides growth diagnostics, high-impact growth roadmaps, and custom website/system implementation services for service-based businesses. Our diagnostics provide estimates based on industry benchmarks and owner-provided data; they are not guarantees of specific financial outcomes.
Payment Terms
Fees for Roadmaps, Website Builds, and Growth Support are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payments are processed securely and are typically non-refundable once work on a specific milestone has commenced, given the personalized nature of our strategy work.
Intellectual Property
The systems, diagnostic frameworks, and design patterns used by DriveHaus LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment for a project, you receive a perpetual license to use the specific deliverables (websites, copy, system maps) created for your business.
SMS Messaging Program
When you check the customer communication SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive text messages from DriveHaus LLC related to your inquiry, appointments, and requested services, including messages sent using automated technology. This consent does not authorize promotional or marketing messages.
When you separately check the optional marketing SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive occasional promotional or marketing text messages from DriveHaus LLC, including messages sent using automated technology. Marketing consent is optional, separate from customer communication consent, and not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DriveHaus LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will stop further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Text HELP for help, use the website contact form, or call (603) 769-4341.
Carrier Disclaimer and Eligibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and policies. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in the DriveHaus LLC SMS messaging program.
SMS Privacy
Our handling of mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and other personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for maximum precision, DriveHaus LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our diagnostics or recommendations. You are responsible for the final implementation and operational decisions within your business.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

By submitting any form on this site, including the growth diagnostic or contact form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
